In 2005, Carey Lindeman set out to change the look of in-home care. She saw a clear need to provide a substantially higher level of care. And she wanted to forge strong, long-term relationships between caregivers and their elderly clients.
Rather than develop a care “checklist” for a client and sending off whichever staff member was available, Carey envisioned a service model that looked more like one she would choose for herself. She saw a need for a service where clients are interviewed about their needs and a situation analysis is done, then a caregiver is carefully matched to suit those needs as well as the client’s style. Carey Lindeman is committed to these principles:
Today, Promise Care delivers all of this and more. The company has grown significantly in the first few years due to a high rate of client retention and referrals. Welcome Home Care for elder care has been in place since 2005. In 2007, Promise Care added its Welcome Baby Care to help parents of newborns make the most of their time with their babies.
Promise Care, Inc. is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health. It is a bonded and insured companion care agency in the Twin Cities area.

I am so grateful for Promise Care since I live out of town, and greatly appreciate how much they "promise to care".
